On acquisition we looked at alternative uses for student accommodation following the expiry of the DWP lease in April 2018. This resulted in planning permission being granted in July 2018 for a large 37 storey student accommodation tower with a pre agreed sale to a student accommodation developer on grant of the planning permission. | |
